At Coon Kittens Paradise, the health and well-being of our kittens are our top priorities. We are committed to providing you with a healthy, happy, and well-socialized Maine Coon kitten. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer the following health guarantee:

1. Health Check and Vaccinations

All of our kittens undergo a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes. They are up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments. You will receive a complete health record for your kitten, including details of the vaccinations and treatments administered.

2. 14-Day Infectious Disease Guarantee

We guarantee that your kitten is free from any life-threatening infectious diseases at the time of adoption. If your kitten is diagnosed with an infectious disease by a licensed veterinarian within 14 days of purchase, you may return the kitten for a full refund or choose to exchange it for another kitten of equal value, subject to availability.

3. 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We take great care in our breeding practices to minimize the risk of genetic disorders. We offer a 1-year genetic health guarantee against any life-threatening genetic or congenital conditions. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your kitten with a covered condition within the first year, we will offer a replacement kitten of equal value from a future litter or provide a partial refund, at our discretion.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain this health guarantee, you must take your kitten to a licensed veterinarian for a health check within 72 hours of bringing your kitten home. Failure to do so will void this guarantee. Additionally, you must provide your kitten with appropriate veterinary care, including regular check-ups, vaccinations, and preventative treatments, as recommended by your veterinarian.

5. Exclusions

This health guarantee does not cover minor conditions or illnesses that are easily treatable, such as colds, upper respiratory infections, or internal/external parasites. It also does not cover any injuries or illnesses caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care.

6. Return Policy

If you are unable to care for your kitten at any time, we ask that you contact us first. We are committed to finding a loving home for every kitten we breed and may assist in rehoming if necessary.
